@volcano:
Order placed, my Iron heart cherry popped
enjoy the beast. you'll love it and soon you'll find yourself in my shoes where NOTHING can catch your eyes other than IH… Their quality, workmanship and service is top notch! Now, I look at levis and other brands with no interest. Feeling their jeans makes it even worse.
exactly. bought my first pair of ih less than a year ago, and just got my 3rd in this week. the 634 started this
I've been looking around lately but seriously nothing catches my eye… Even my gf notice I lost interest in going shopping malls after getting this IH poison..

Keyfour: I've just been offered a cat who needs a new home, and reading your predicament affirms my (still somewhat sad) decline.
Chiba: Hope you follow Giles' advice on the 32. What you describe is a mandatory part of the experience. Plus you're gonna feel absolutely happy about the fit in a short time.

Got my jeans today… fiar to say I am impressed by the craftsmanship, not sure what to expect havig never seen any in the flesh before today, but I'm very happy..... now for a belt.

I know. He is working and I am only here until tomorrow. I will see what I can do. I know he just washed them aa day or two ago so they should be perfect for photos. I'll see what I can do.

Thought it's high time to share my "three generations" of IH 634 S here.
All have been forum acquisitions, I'm the 2nd hand owner of the newest ones on the left, and the 3rd (or even further…) owner of the used and hard-used ones, both purchased from Nem here.
All are a W 30. The differences never cease to amaze me, all fit differently, the "mid-fekked" ones (having gotten them off Nem, there's just no other terms) the tightest, the hard-fekked ones the least tight. The new ones have been, I was told, quickly soaked once, but never been washed. First crotch damage already develops, I am, sadly, really good at producing small ripping there, but never larger holes where I would quite like them (and leave them unrepaired...)
The hard fekked ones are worn without a cuff, they must have gotten a hemming job, but done so well that I can't really make it out. I still gleam at the compliment Giles made me here after he saw me wearing them at our first meeting, some months ago. -
They look amazing…Def cool to have 3 pairs that are all in different stages of wear

LOL - that was my first thought of referring to them, triplets. But then I figured the "three generations" describe it a little more aptly after all…
