It drives me fuckin crazy that the laces on my Wolverine 1ks are juuuuust too short to wrap them around the boot. I don't really have strong feelings for/against looping laces, but mine just make big floppy bows. I would rather have laces either a few inches shorter or longer. I'm in a no-mans land full of silly-looking shoestrings.
…..maybe this post belongs in rants.
Just tuck them into the collar of your boots. Problem solved

Not all of us sunshine, thats what the moat is for

- people who use umbrellas can fuck right off.
+1
I would rather get wet than navigate a city with a big fuck off piece of shit umbrella. I often suppress the urge to beat those dopes who believe their umbrella is a force field and I'm supposed to make room for them if I come within range. Makes me mildly happier when I see one destroyed by the tamer winter elements, shoved in anger into a bin.

We should have a bouncer for this thread who refuses the pussies entrance…
Perhaps some kind of questionnaire is in order, a checklist for ponces if you will... "Do you listen to Radiohead" could be a good first question. If the answer is "Yes", then alas, a swift kick to the bollocks followed by being thrown out of the thread would follow...
I have six Radiohead albums.
I'll get me coat.

Radiohead is a total blind spot for me. I only know the song creep. Call me ignorant, I can live with it.

ok,
today i will go and try to outlive the day by listening to radiohead under a umbrella whilst carrying a tote bag full of nailpolish! -
You should see the diaper bag I have to lug around
I bought a TADgear dispatch bag for that purpose. No way I was carrying a fecking petunia pickle bottom.

Lucky for me, the wife likes this one too. Timbuk2 is a good company…stands behind its products. I had a bag "fail" (tiny bit of padding started to rip off after 10 years) and they sent me a new one no questions asked.

Tokidoki diaper bag FTW! http://www.verposhinc.com/product_ebay_pic/4703_3.jpg

Gotta say, it's about time Timbuk2 made a diaper bag. I used my old messenger bag from college for Caroline. At least with Benjamin, Julie bought a plain black diaper bag. For the daughter she wanted something "cute". Thus, I was forced to rebel. Timbuk2 makes solid stuff, especially the basic, no-frills messenger bag. Mine's 15 years old and faded, but still perfectly functional.
