IH-666S - The Devil's Fit Indigo - Slim Tapered

Leave it to Beatle to design the perfect androgynous, universal, intergalactic pair of jeans. How about a run of the ODs with the same minimalist arcs as the 301-07BK
Can't, those are Self Edge arcs, and anyway whether we like them ot not, the arcs used on the BB are part of the IH brand….............If you don't like them, un-pick them, dead easy and no harm done....

I've gone thru the thread looking for soaking instructions, and to summarize:
soak 1 hour at hot temperature.
Question:
what if I put these in the washing machine for an hour with no soap at 60-70 temp. Would the end result be so different from a soak? In other words, how would the wringing cycle of the washing machine affect the pants? Creases? Other???
thanks

creases could occur, but this mustn't happen. All in all a tub soak is more gentle. But you could maybe turn the spin cycle off. And it would surprise me, if the water in yout tub had 70 degrees, so the jeans could possibly shrink more in the machine.
-
it won't be that bad, but hand wash / soak is the safe bet.

at 400 bucks or so, I was NOT going to chance it! Currently soaking in the tub, can't be more than 40-45, though. BTW, the water turned a bit blueish immediately.

I was worried about soaking my pair of 666's as they were a fairly snug fit in the thigh and waist.
I hot soaked for 2 hrs then hung them up to dry overnight.
As soon as i woke up i put them on (only slightly damp) and wore to work to loosen them up a little.
I was walking like the tin man off wizard of oz for a few hours, but they feel fine now.

Thought that it would be useful to give you sizing inf of my tagged 33's. One hot soak and one weeks constant wear:
Waist 34
FR 10.5
RR 15
Thighb 12
Knee 8.5
Cuff 8.25
Inseam 36I get more compliments in these jeans than any other pair I have ever owned - and I thought I was not a slim jean dude…..
-
Anybody here it wear the 666 in 34 waist?
I wear DC 4001 in 34 and i will try 666 in 34.
Beatle was sagst du?if you look up a few posts, my 666s are size 34" waist

Whats your waist?
How tall?
im 6ft 4" and i always buy 34" waist jeans and trousers and they fit me fine.

My personal view is that what your waist measures is to a great part academic. My actual waist is way higher than the waist band of my jeans. What is important is what a pair of jeans you have worn for a while actually measure and then make some informed adjustments depening upin the rise.
I get returns every day from people who either measure their actual waist or believe the tag-size bullshit on their existing jeans. Example, I am having a pair of 34 634S retunred today because the customer wears a tag size 34 in a pair of Levis, the poor dude, could not even do the bottom button up, I suspect the actual measurements of those "34's" is closer to 37….........
