IH-526Lod - 19oz Left-Hand Twill Selvedge Denim Type III - Indigo Overdyed Black

Always trust the measurements and I can’t stress it enough. If in doubt please contact the shop - shop@ironheart.co.uk for assistance.
What is heavier a pound of pennies or a pound of feathers? They both weigh the same but the volume that they take up are completely different. Comparing yourself to someone else just on height and weight is a road to disaster…

@prpx Yeh the XL should fit you fine!
What's your waist measurement for jeans?
I'm around 35 inches, and the jacket is a tiny bit too tight around the opening... so if you happen to be a 33/34, I'd say the fit will be either better on you than me!it is 33, so everything should fit just fine.
Thanks man, very helpful -

sure, this is what i did every time so far. just wanted to check, because i don't own a single piece of clothing in XL
but, mr T4920 just removed that tiny doubt i had in the size chart. -
@prpx That’s the beauty of the measurement carts…you don’t have to use an XL for comparison.
Pick an article that fits you well: t-shirt, flannel, another jacket, etc. Take the measurements of that item exactly as Ironheart takes their measurements and then compare the two.
Sometimes you will run across a measurement in the chart that doesn’t work for you and then you can always email the shop: shop@ironheart.co.uk and see if they have something in stock that will work.

@AdamC want to play a fun game that I'm sure "NEVER" gets old over there in Gosport?? If you could win a millions pounds for the closest approximate guess for when this jacket would be back on the shelves...a cool million queens on paper for being the closest guess of them all...what would you suppose? Maybe this concept could be turned into a super annoying gameshow where we fiendish denim whores beg and bother the denim gatekeepers for cash and prizes!!
-
@Mizmazzle hahaha if there was a million pounds on the line for my guess I would say August, though you may be surprised and it could be here sooner. Our production schedule says they will be ready in Japan in June but I am adding some time on for us to import them and for some production delays
-
-
@AdamC well that’s great news. Just in time for cooler weather to make its return!! I apologize for asking the “cringy” question. But if anyone gets the anticipation behind it it’s ya’ll!!
Is that production schedule posted on the forum? Would it reduce the amount of times we ask this over and over and over and…
Or is it too topsy turvy to be of any use to the customer? -
@Mizmazzle I know you addressed/asked Adam, but from my knowledge and understanding, there are too many variables in play to post production schedules.
I have a feeling that there would also be quite a few people less understanding when the schedules were not met.
-
That makes sense @goosehd im grateful for a place like the forum to be able to access the people at the helm of the operation to even be able to give close approximations. Part of the fun (for me the customer/ forum member at least) to be able to ask these questions and interact with the process.
-
@Mizmazzle completely agree about the interaction with the crew. It is always fun to see a yes, no, or IWHWIH response to the questions we ask.

@T4920 god knows mate, I've had it for 4(?) years now and it gets washed based on the following
- Have I worn it on a night out - needs a wash
- Have I worn it at a bbq - same as above
- Has it got food or dirt on it - same as above
- Has it not been washed for ages and I've been sweating in it all Spring? - same as above
As it's been my go to type III for ages, I am not precious about when it gets washed. Could have two washes in two weeks or one in three months
