Is it a trend? I had no idea. I’ve had mine for three or four years. I’ll probably wear it the rest of my life. The one bangle and the middle finger ring you see in the second pic, I’ve worn for over 25 years.
Even if it is a trend, so what? If you like it, do it. If you stop liking it down the line, sell it. If not, carry on.

My granddad and everyone from his generation wore one, in St Louis it was commonly a tiny crucifix. He wore his for some odd 70 years and went through 5+ of the same ring. His became smooth like river pebbles and almost paper thin when he opened a new one. I have the same ring, but I dont wear it often because of work and it being a hair big. GA could make it so much better I imagine.
I’m just wearing my usual #3 with cross and this little guy.

Another point of reference - I usually wear a medium club ring with black diamonds as my wedding ring. Like @Cutlasshound I prefer to space the rings out for everyday wear. If I'm wearing more than one ring on the right I normally go with the middle and pinky.
What size is your pinky Finger? Considering getting that ramen ring, but my pinky is like a size 5…
-
Not sure why one would think wearing a pinky ring is a trend as it's something that goes back generations across many parts of the world. There is also a tradition of wearing your wedding ring stacked with a signet on the left hand pinky also.
EDIT: @Toxic apologies - I realized you posted your question right before my comment. That is a size 9 Baby Ramen (largest size they offer before jumping up to the full-size version which is much too big for a pinky ring IMO).
-
Because of the “snobby” connotation that typically people think of when people wear signet pinky rings, but it’s becoming more and more acceptable.
-
I don’t think it’s a US thing. I know plenty of folks who regularly wear a pinky ring and definitely wouldn’t be considered snobby by any stretch of the imagination. There is no stigma with wearing one either as far I can tell, if anything it generates interest and compliments.
And, as you say, if you like it then who cares what others may think.

Couldn’t decide between the Thieve’s Wallet & the Surplus wallet so I decided to go for the card satchel for the time being. It’s probably more functional at the moment at any rate as I’m wearing scrubs probably 60% of the time. Drawstrings plus a heavy long wallet = wardrobe malfunction.
Who all owns the Thieves wallet besides @Chap? I like the organization but it looks huge and it will take me a minute to get a proper chain for it (thinkin a shorty plus a springclip and a noodle). The Surplus wallet looks a hair shorter but lacks the organization. I’m probably still leaning toward it but still a bit unsure.

Nice pick up. If you dont have your mind set on a long wallet, have you seen the shell bi-fold from the flat head at Selfedge? Guess depends on how much plastic you carry around. I’m considering the flat head wallet maybe on Black Friday. But your chain plan is what I use, influenced by @Vickt. I been loving the kit.

Great when it oxidizes

Clip 8…Months of training in you GAH will definitely promote the oxidation.
Way cooler grey going to black. I hate that shiny new phase.
