Been on Soap opera of Yellowstone. Finally made to Season 5.
Been spotting a lot of flannels and jackets in there.
I am not bNb in UK. So trying to understand into slangs.
British slang of Cowboy for shoddy jobs and those Cowboy from Yellowstone are quite the opposite. Their work is 100% hard work. Being reckless is still the same. .Planning to watch 1923 next.

@endo Great TV series.
Just purchased a Korea rice cooker to hide the cash in. -
@oblivion-sila but does it play 'Since U Been Gone'?
-
@endo Got it with intention of listening that but unfortunately only comes with normal voice in 2 languages Korea and Chinese.
I understand neither of those and it will really help if it comes with K.C's song -
I am very impressed by the first season of Severance. The show starts slow, the first 2-3 episodes just set the stage for the whole story, but the pace quickly escalates and the end of the season is…wow.

Succession is a very good tv show

Anyone especially @jordanscollected watching The Bear on Hulu. Finished season one and thought it was one of the best seasons of TV I’d ever seen. Currently watching Season 2.

I have watched The Bear S01 and I liked it a lot. Definitely going to watch season 2 soon

@Jett129 in the beginning I was somehow surprised by the dynamics and emotions in the kitchen but then I realised that maybe it is very often like this in reality…Good show!

I have almost finished Fargo Season 4, and I'm really impressed. I'm a big Coen fan since Barton Fink and very much liked seasons 1 and 2, but 3 not at all. For those who don't know, this series is not filmed by the Coen brothers (just producers) but - I guess you can say in their style. Here in Fargo S4 it's a great cast (Jessie Buckley, Ben Whishaw, Chris Rock, Jason Schwartzman, and to me before unknown Salvatore Esposito, Kelsey Asbille and (excellent) Timothy Olyphant and E'myri Crutchfield), good story line, but most of all IMO a very beautiful scenery (1950s in Missouri) and filming. Quite slow, very Coen-esque. In case you like shit like that ...

@Jett129y wife and I both really enjoyed the Bear. It’s a little on the nose with some of the kitchen tropes, but what an amazing show. And that Xmas episode couple give anyone a heart attack.

Mrs H and I just finished s2 of Sweet Tooth on Netflix. It's enjoyable enough, but lacks something compared to the comics (don't they always...). Some instances of characters making dumb-ass decisions just for the sake of introducing unnecessary conflict into the story. And they did that thing that adaptations sometimes do (looking particularly at you, s2 of The Walking Dead) where to save set and location costs they stretch what was a single issue of the comics into almost an entire season of the show. 6/10, but interested enough to see how they end it with the supposed final season coming next year.
Also, tried s3 of The Witcher. Couldn't make it through the first episode. I read the books a couple of years ago, but even I can't follow what's going on anymore. The books are a hard read, with untrustworthy narrators and sometimes false exposition depending on the point of view of the character in the scene, but the TV show seems to have become completely divorced even from the plot of the books. Even Henry Cavil's stonking good looks couldn't stop Mrs H from looking over at me and saying "I'm not enjoying this anymore" 20 minutes into the episode, and we gave up.
In case anyone missed it, check out Invincible on Amazon Prime. Season 2 is coming later this year. It's a cartoon super-hero show based on another Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead) comic. You'll spot the 18 rating (here in the UK) and wonder "what's this an 18 for? This is just the same old 'teenage kid gets superpowers and learns to use them' story I've seen 100x before" as you watch the first episode. Then you'll get to the last 2 minutes of the first episode and you'll understand . The story has been adapted slightly from the comics - some story events take place in a different order - but it's done in a way that makes sense for TV. I think we'll give it a re-watch before season 2 drops.
