We wanted to meet the family and get a feeling for their constraints, so we could understand more readily how we can modify our ordering/buying behaviour to better fit in with their centuries-old way of doing things. Took in a candlelight concert featuring Christmas music by Opus 76, a string quartet from KC. Really a beautiful show made all the better by the venue. Google the Ethical Society by Harris Armstrong, it is architecturally amazing.
