Anyone ever in Nottingham looking for the perfect Banh Mi, I recommend Boulangerie de Saigon. Bit of a wait but the bread is baked daily - super tasty!

@T4920 the egg coffee is also top notch! BDS is in the Snienton Market just around the corner from Neon Raptor. The cakes with homemade marshmallow were also tempting, but I was stuffed!

@IH-GARY love an egg coffee! Neon Raptor is always my first stop in Nottingham, grandparents used to live in Snienton so always used to pass through the market.

Also love Black Iris brewery just outside the city and Junkyard Bar for drinks around town

My favourite in Leicestershire (where I live) is Round Corner, they focus on more traditional styles, but they're always top quality!
