Khaki and natural.
FWIW I would cop both "new" colorways of the107 if H and G did decide to the sax as well as the black.
-
Fuck…black and indigo too.
Khaki, natural, black and indigo. The black and indigo appear to be different shades than any black or blue chambray done before.
-
@Giles is the khaki from the sample the same khaki as Seul's shirt? They look very different in my monitor.
-
@motojobobo here is a pic of the khaki that first got me interested and eventually led me to bring all this up in the first place and get this conversation started (sorry, not sorry G :D)
It's definitely a rich and darker khaki….and I love it
….note the very rare G San denim cuff in its natural environment -
Add a green, yo! Anything not black or blue, as I feel like the market is saturated with chambray (and other fabrics) in these colors.
+1

I think we're all ready for some more colours in shirting outside of UHF offerings. My take on the SS17 collection was that it was all about great fabrics. The colours were limited and that was the plan and IH put out some great shirts.
The thing is, I'm at the point now where I have more black, white and blue shirts than I need and would jump on some variation. I know deviating from a narrow colour palette is risky business but I see people calling out for it here all the time. Interesting problem to have.

Just ask yourself, "what would look good with an indigo dyed horsehide vest?"
-
@Dstauffer I'm with you 100%. That khaki chambray looks awesome. We need it back.
-
Black and indigo only if they're going to have tonal stitching. Red and natural for sure. Probably khaki too, considering how kickass it would look with the new black warp / tan weft denim. That shit would be straight fire yo.
We're not making this a single yoke, right? All this talk of single yoke westerns lately is making me twitchy.

I can NOT take a good pic of the khaki… No matter what I do... Giles' pic is way more accurate...

I'm really amazed that the 16 is a similar weight to the 13 and 21. It's always felt more substantial to me but I could be imagining things. I'm lucky enough to own the natural, black and red and I'd love to get my hands on a khaki ( XL or XXL anybody??). I think I've said it before but an olive/dark green or chocolate brown heavy western chambray would be a must buy for me.

+1 here…I'm thinking I would be in for all colorways at this point, but a dark green and a chocolate brown sound especially appealing.
I'm telling you, an ultra heavy chambray (UHC- 12oz if that's even feasible) would be epic...
