Evolution of Leather - Belts Wallets Patches
-
Montana Pitch blend, ive always liked the way it worked without changing the leather much, and its really good at conditioning and waterproofing as well. Ande Whall patch is the only one you cant really see well so…..
and the patch I made, still untreated, sorry for the weird angle that makes it look a bit sideways.

Does this go in here? My attempt at a wild child style wallet, been sitting on it for a month or so now, six cardholders and hidden compartments behind them, and one pocket for cash. Let me know what you guys think.
Doesnt look as symmetrical now that it has been sat on for a month
Should have dyed the inside as well but got lazy

Nice wallet corporalclegg!

"messed up" is so subjective, post more flicks of the belt corporalclegg

here's a wildchild wallet & lanyard used for about 4 or 5 months
at this point it needs to be cleaned but you know i'm to lazy to switch all crap out into another wallet & get to the cleaning. . . maybe i can bribe wednesday into doing it for me :-\

bertoni, all the days of the week hangout around my place & complain about not being able to work more than 24 hrs a week. it's really rough on the wallet & so we have to find other ways of making money. . . . i'm here all week, only work tomorrow.
as far as fit flicks. . . pretty much any of my fits you will see the lanyard. . . but i'll see if i can get a photo up before the end of the week.
** note to self, G$ had some flat lanyards a while back must inquire if he has any more around

thanks, i think the wallet is just ok.
i prefer yours just on the strength of the story behind it & all that jazz. now the belt you have posted above me is a thing of beauty, looks like it needs a little tlc & it will be fine.
do u have that cool little stamp in every other stitch work pattern? also what color is that stitching? it really compliments the leather at this stage in it's life -& if the belt started started a natural color i beat it was nice seeing it evolve -
-
Thanks a lot man. Yeah the stamp is in every other one, but I added them later after I got a shop press and the stitching is a burgundy color that has lightened up considerably since I made it. This is the only picture I have of when it was kind of new, I think its from about two years ago.

Not quite sure I understand the old homelife Monday…if you don't have to work more than 24 hours a week though it sounds quite nice
I was thinking of selling the wallet and rein but won't having seen your pics. A shorter rein definitely works for me better than a longer one....thank god the Wild Child is adjustable -
for bertoni:
i have it on the 7 setting & it's perfect for me.
