Yes thanks.  I had always been looking for it with the needle in the up position, so the needle tightening nut was hidden from view.  Learnt a massive amount about how to tweak Unity, when I was in Japan, we now laugh at Anniversary's…...

what type and size needle are you using? and is it working well for you?

Works almost perfectly.  Very occasionally it misses a loop, but that is easy to spot, undo and re-hem.  I'm using Schmetz 128GAS in 31

cool thanks that's what i just ordered too also got some coming from Groz-Beckert
so i can compare. FYI don't ever bother with cutting points they just don't work…found out the hard way.

21's are fine, you may get away with smaller.  have you recieved your 634S yet?  If so, you will notice now open the weave is for something that heavy.  Don't even think of doing a pair of Annies with an 18…....

no yet, haven't been this excited about getting a piece of clothing for a while, last time would be when i did a very limited run of blazers and the material had 4% metal.

well unless you guys are planing to do another run of those annies, doesn't look like i would get a chance to try.

We are not, they were limited to 400 pairs.  But there is still some of the material lying around - I have plans for it….........................
