I remember that show, fun night. We've played a few of the same festivals as you guys these past couple of years too. We're putting out our LP on Bridge 9 this spring, so maybe we will see you somewhere in this crazy world, we can nerd out.
-
sounds good to me. i look forward to hearing your new record! chris from b9 is a friend and our wives are really close.

i have bought some stuff from Jeff Nelson on ebay before (no crazy $1000 test pressings) ..he was super cool and included a hand written letter thanking me for the purchases and stuff..it was pretty rad..i could help but thinking "Dude, you were in MINOR THREAT..the greatest hardcore band of all time…you guys invented STRAIGHT EDGE" i sort of fanned out and wrote him back and told him how much Minor Threat meant to me and how inspiring Dischord Records has been to all of us that try to make our way in the world holding on to a true DIY ethic..he wrote me back and again was super cool and thank me for the kind words..
that being said...i wish i had the money to buy those records..haha

@champ:
@riffblaster:
what band are you in?
A band from Atlanta called Foundation.
Hey Champ! I met you briefly at Burning Fight in Chicago. I think I approached you when I noticed your Flat Heads. f380?
F310 and they look a lot different now. How have you been? How was sweet was that show? I was so nervous to play that, but fuck what a good time it was. Yo Riffblaster, you guys killed it at that show!
-
thanks man! i had a good time at that show but truthfully i spent most of my time hanging around chicago with friends who took me to skate spots.
-
