thank you good sir!

Hey all - I am a huge fan of my my 4 year old pair of IH-666S-18oz.r's - I own a pair of the SEXIH22-301s 21oz jean SelfEdge did a fews years back and they are tuff as all get out… but a little too narrow from the calf down. I may sell them - so I am wondering what differences that are notable would you say there are between theseUHR's, those and the IH-666S-21 ? Am I to understand that these are raw version of the s-21's? These are relatively fast faders? Tough? Rigid? Course? Slubb? Thanks any and all !These may well be my next blue pair!

The UHR will fade quicker and with with more contrast…
Hiya Giles, best to you.
Will these be restocked? Or will they go extinct? Thank you sir. (see my previous post if you have time )

The UHR denim is a load gnarlier than the 21oz in every respect….

Literally took these out of the blue bag and my first though was : "how the f**k could anyone even sew these together????"
This materials is beyond what I even though was imaginable. Amazing work as always H, G and Crew.
For your amusement, here are some pre-soak fit pics. I couldn't even get the extra part of the leg over my feet lol
I turn my back for one second and the dogs go wild…
Soaked then for 3 hours and ran them through a cold light wash, no spin. They seriously didn't even move from their original position that I placed them in the washer. I'll post some pics after the dry. Can't wait to have my first date with the devil in the next few days… Too far?

Post soak pics…
Probably gonna wear for a few weeks then pop these in for a warm wash. Got more than 1inch shrink in the waist, but none in the thigh and very little in he length. Love the fit, but I think it's a bit relaxed for what the cut was designed to be.
Cheers,
Adam

You inspired me to take a photo of my 666-UHR's so i snapped a couple before i left work today. I feel i'm in the same boat as you… think i could get more shrinkage out of them. I only soaked mine for about half an hour and i was wearing them at the time as i lived in fear of them shrinking past my strength to get them back on.
no butt

Yours look great Sam!! I think a regular old wash would tighten them up a bit.
Btw, what sweat are you wearing?

Gave my UHR another soak (30 min warm soak) and a wash (quick wash, no spin - "colors" setting for temp) -
On paper, still not very much shrink and the thighs have not shrink up at all. However, I feel he leg definitely came in a bit from the knee down and much happier with the fit.
Might need to wait a week and give them a true hot wash, but I know this tag is gonna hate me for it.
New fit pics:
@Sam , how did yours turn out??

Looks good @Appfaff
Still some room to shrink IMOI've given my pair a 1 hr hot soak with plenty of agitation then a cold short wash.. it shrank but felt like it could shrink more so I gave it one final HOT wash (60 C) and it shrank quite a bit after that.. Marked difference actually
Colour got a little lighter but the fit worked great - def worth it IMO [emoji111]Here's how they look now after 1 yr + of wear (low light pic):
