Got really excited in the taxi from the airport to the hotel. There are a piece of paper with 21 printed on it stuck to the dashboard, I thought it was an omen and was about to photograph it when Paula pointed out it was a calendar…..
We are in the Movenpick which was built within a listed water tower, architecturally it is simply stunning.

Had a lovely stroll around St Pauli this morning. Then quick visit to new V&S store which is beautiful. Looking forward to 6pm when the fun really starts!
