Big Sam for England! After we've qualified for the Champions League of course.
Good turnaround for the Geordies by the way, perhaps an advert for sticking with an under-performing manager.
-
they've picked themselves up quite well. they have have to keep this run of form going. plus the premier league is much closer this year than compared to last. though i can't tell if that's a good or bad thing.. for those in relagation and those trying to fight for the top few spots
-
Wow it's been quiet in here, especially considering the busy festive fixture lists. I guess a lot of the big news has been in the FA Cup recently though, what a Saturday that was! Good on you Bradford!
-
There is a reason I have been quiet…...he weighs a million tons and owns a large sports wear company.
-
That's fair enough!
Dya have any preference on who takes over as manager?
-
Honestly, whilst the rotund one is still emptying the bank it makes absolutely no difference who is in the technical area or who is on the pitch. The club has no soul, and despite the fact that it has been proven in court that the owner did "knowingly and wilfully " lie to the customers and supporters of the football club, people still attend his cathedral of mediocrity, 52'000 every 2 weeks.
-
I guess it shows the passion of the fans that they will still fill St J's Park even when that greasy oaf is in charge and all the best players are being sold on. Not much consolation though when the club is going backwards.
Any of these options look appealing?

Honestly mate, no manager worth their salts would (or should) touch the Newcastle job. To this end, whoever becomes the full time coach, and it will be Carver if they finish in the top 10, is completely irrelevant.
-
If John Carver keeps us in the league he will get the job….paid peanuts, compensation in the bank for Fraudew....it's all smelling of roses for Cashley.
Watch him rip the stuffing out of Rangers over the next 5 years, whilst denying any knowledge of ownership.
