Finally the pre-soak [emoji16]

I hate wearing flip flops and jeans. I also hate how losing weight makes my inseam measurement shorter.
The fit is perfect on these. Might be a little heavy for participating as a SoCal resident. Yesterday's day one wear was spent on the bike, train, office, and a new pizza joint. 15 hour wear. Buttons are easy now.
Thank you Mega for your posts about these, and the link to the extra contest pairs that were available.
Thank you Axel for your email prior to hemming, and the great work you did.
Thank you Giles for super service and super fast shipping.
Thank you Iron Heart for an excellent product that will be with me for many years.

Enjoy them StP, they are fantastic jeans.

Loving these. they already softened up so much and are very comfy. Still need to have them hemmed but not bad with the cuff and some stacks

Just curious what the maximum shrinkage on these jeans are? I followed the instructions that came with the jeans and now after 12 wears they have stretched out to original size. I could use them a little smaller and I am contemplating a real hot soak. Has anyone else noticed this and what were your solutions?
Update 5-25-15: Hot soaked for 1.5 hours and hung dry with a piece of wood in the waist to hold the fit where I wanted it. Jeans have now shrunk total 1.5 inches in the waist and 3 inches in the inseam from Raw to now. Hope this helps others out.

When I sterted this forum, the DWC was closed, but I am happy that I was able to get the IHXBO1XUHR. After reading all the posts I was a bit nervous on sizing, I got 34 waist and they are perfect. The only extra thing I did was gently use needle nose pliers to stretch out the button holes after soaking. Easiest and best pair of jeans I have ever owned. Last pic I also posted with the IH101J post.

Hello,
I would like to buy the DWCxUHR in size 30. However, I wonder if it will be a little too tight for me in the thighs.
I say this because I wear an IH-6634 (Corduroy jeans) in size 30 and they are a snug fit with a thigh measurement of 11.8. The DWCxUHR for the same size measures 11.1 in the thighs. Thus, I suspect I won't be able to squeeze myself in the DWCxUHR after a few months of squatting weights in the gym.
Please advise.
I am 5'8 and 61 kgs (134 lbs), if it helps.
Thanks,
Sreeni -
Size up then. Or if that won't work then this cut isn't for you
-
@Sreeni Please recognize this is a RAW denim and it´ll shrink when giving a soak or a wash.
You´ll have to take size 33 or 34 for 11.8 thighs after soak/wash. I think, in this case the waist would be probably to big for you.
Have a look at the IH-634-UHR or IH-1955-UHR for example. -
Hey still trying to figure out how to post pic on the DWC forum,no luck so far.i will get it eventually.been wearing my jeans everyday since I soaked them.rode my motorcycle about 7 or 8 hundred miles round trip a couple of weeks ago up into the foothills of the Searra Nevada mountains from So. Cal. We had a camp out up there in the mountains,of course I never took the jeans off.love these jeans Iron Heart is an awesome company they know what's up!!

@Crowbar22VFFV I haven't been in the DWC forum since last month but last I posted, I had the best luck using HTML tags with the photo URL from imgur. I used the URL from the "large thumbnail " and i think it looks as good as it would anywhere. Hopefully that helps?

Use the guide in the info forum, it's really easy and work with Photobucket and imagur.
