That's awesome, thanks. I'm looking for a 34 though and should probably wait till the new year after sinking my savings into the last pair less than a month ago. Good luck unloading those though, they look good as new so I can't image it will be much trouble.

Thanks for the good luck wishes. Have you checked the measurements though? An 36 in OD equals 34 (I'm a sz 34 myself), it's because the OD process hypershrinks the fabric …

I did think about that and I would consider a 35, but I'd be worried about the post stretch size w/ a 36. I'm a pretty true 34 and can handle most post stretches up to about 35, but wouldn't feel comfortable w/ any more than that. I do have some room in the waist of my XHS size 34.

Yeah, I just rechecked the measurements and if the tag 34 (measured 33) stretches an inch I'll be good. Tag size 36 (measured 35) would be too much after the streatch. Again, a 35 would be ideal, but can you imagine what custom sizing would cost? I might as well just wrap my legs in gold… Giles, denim w/ gold in it, when will we see that?

Just measured my 10mo tagged 34s…
W: 17.5
T: 12
K: 8.75
H: 8
Mine actually have excess waist but stay pretty fitted in the lower thigh (don't ignore the knee measurement). OMG best jeans though you are making a good choice. -

Most important thing to remember is they won't go from 35 to 36 unless you force them to. That said, they will stretch if they're able to do so. I went up from my usual 31 to 32 in the OD and they're quite a bit tighter than my 31 XHS after enough wear to get some stretch going.
As above, watch out for the thigh/knee measurement. The OD is much tighter there than the XHS. Likewise, mine haven't stretched as much as I would like in that area.

Yeah, I hear you. Like I said, a 35 would be perfect but of course that's not an option. A 34 will require some work, but that's ok. If I wear them during the summer w/ some serious sweat, I think that will exagerate the stretch. If not, I'll just have to make them my Saturday night jeans, the kind I go disco dancing in.

Whoops sorry guys! I edited my post for the back side. Thanks though everyone I appreciate the comments! The only thing I hate about these is the bitch they are to fade… I might need to get the 666s as well... then again there are so many pairs of jeans I want. If mine turn out like Finns I would be very satisfied, but I'm going to try and keep these away from water for another couple of months.
