I believe Neighborhood  is an old brand that got popular together with Wtaps.
The arcs to me are different from IH jeans. Their arcs look more like lightning bolts and are more straight lined compared to IH.

Quality wise IH wins
Price wise IH wins

Honestly man, Neighborhood have been around for a looooooong time, they are part of the whole Urahara street wear scene like Wtaps and Bape.

Their clothes look absolutely nothing like IH trust me, they use far lighter denim, riri zippers, and lots of distress detailing.

If you're into street wear they're a great brand, but definitely not in the same arena as IH.

I guarantee that most people would say the same about what we pay for our jeans, shirts, boots, glasses, watches etc…. Price and cost are two entirely different concepts, especially when balanced against means and desire.
