Me too.  I had my sights set on the whipcord 816s, but thinking this might be my ticket.  After my
Deck Jacket #fail I'm thinking the sleeves on this will be better for me. Plus it's a classic.

Only thing that worries me is the waist band looks really small. I know it's supposed to be worn pretty short but 34.3 waist on an XL seems kinda small… I'll pretty much always wear the bottom 5" or so unzipped but still has me worried I'll stretch the ribbing out in a matter of hours.
