Tomorrow, I will do a proper walk in mine…
How did they work out G?
I realized life and work is pulling me to the other side of town, so I cancelled my gym membership… I have a couple GoRuck bags and a garage full of weights, so figured I may try the rucking thing.. and these seemed ideal for that!

Super lightweight. They were amazingly comfy from the get-go. Traction is good, not 100% sure how much ankle support they give, but I did have a major tumble (my fault entirely, I stepped on a very very wet slippery angled slate slab) and no issue with my ankles. It was not a particularly long walk maybe 7 miles but a lot of vertical and a lot of very rough stuff.
I have found myself wearing them all day at home, something I would never consider in my traditional walking boots….

Delightful feedback!

@Madame Buttonfly has a bunch of Hoka's - she absolutely loves them….
Hoka trainers were recommended to me by a podiatrist as I have some foot problems, they're amazingly comfy and lightweight, look great, and I can chuck them in the washing machine when they get filthy - love 'em

Here are my Adidas OG Purple Haze Sambas.

I finally threw the KJ 70s on with some jeans for more than a trial and I am happy to say, they are actually WAY less loud with jeans on, and I love the chunkier profile with my 777s. And @housekeys - they are 10x as comfortable as standard 70s, so you are in for a treat!
These are fire. I almost bought a pair but was worried about the silhouette. I bought some Coach Ramblers from Truman instead.

Politics still has some sizes in stock if you are still after a pair!

I had been eyeing a tan or grey old
School runner for a while and outside the Yeezy 700 or the Viberg sneakers, nothing really captured my attention.Swung into the NB outlet and they have a fresh batch of V5 993s on the wall.
I had some 990s years ago that I never really liked, but I think these fit my foot much better.

I know we're talking sneakers here but these could be 213 product shots. 213 FTW!

Can I please get a critique on these shoes? I can't decide whether I like them or not…

Dude, those are sweet man - great color way and the new tongue structure, I am totally here for.
It took my forever to learn how to style Waffle Trainers and Daybreaks - now they are some of my favorite silhouettes out there.
I’d say GOOD CHOICE!

I put some wide leather insoles in them and they are more comfortable than my New Balance are. I might keep wearing them for this reason alone. I also like the indigo transfer on them.

Those are SICK!!!

With you here, I've got a pair of waffle trainers and they have easily become my go-to daily shoes, which says a lot since I have really only worn Asics GLVs for the last 5 years.

Those are amazing, too!
And 10x points for the sweet pickle ball

I've been on an Adidas kick here lately, and really liking the SPZL line from Gary.
I love the Powerphase as a base, so these were an insta-buy for me when END opened the launch raffle. Guess I didn't need the raffle, as there are plenty for sale, but happy to have them none-the less!
The cream leather immediately got a vintage tumbled look after about 2 minutes of wearing them (Vintage is the point with SPEZIAL anyways, right?) and the just love how the grey stripe at the top of the EVA midsole matches the cut edges of the leather on the stripes. And Sail on the tooling and laces really kicks it up a notch. A 100x better rendition of the powerphase than the Calabasas I believe - and a more sturdy feeling shoe since they used thicker leather.

New Balance 992’s have become a fairly recent obsession, so damn comfy.
-
love that grey and blue colorway @Megatron1505 - is that a collab or a GR?
I need to try the 992s… I love my 993s, but the stability using dual density EVA foam makes them kinda hard in the heel for me, and I have a neutral stride, so it's not really needed...
