IH-634SR - 21/23oz 5 Year Anniversary Straight Cut
-
Do we have any idea what this fella does to get his denim
Like that?
IMO it's too far and starting to look a bit of a 80's bleach pair. -
Aha, awesome to see them from other peoples pictures. I just toss them on and go about my day. If it helps to justify how worn in they have become, I work full time as an auto mechanic and enjoy all things outdoors. Most of it is from late nights at the shop. I think I'm going to finally get another pair of Iron Hearts, we'll see.
As far as the whole 80' bleach look, I've noticed that myself, but I like my stuff worn in at times, with patina, and getting my money's worth out of whatever I get, aha.

These are making a return so it seems: http://item.rakuten.co.jp/rebirth/634sr/

But wasn't the cut of the SR different or do they Label the 634 UHR simply SR in Japan?
-
Ok, so the SR sold in Japan right now has the original SR cut, but the UHR (=not deadstock 21/23 oz) denim. Right?
-
None of the current 21/23 (UHR) jeans uses deadstock denim. They all use the denim I had made for the IH-1955-UHR, IH-634-UHR and the IH-666-UHR. Haraki is also using the same denim for the IH-634SR (which is a different cut from the IH-634-UHR) and I am using the remainder of it on the IH-DWC and IHxB01-UHR
**Edited to include IH-1955-UHR which I omitted originally….
-
Which is also the same denim as the 1955 UHRs….. or not? I thought my 1955 UHRs were actually rather courser than my 666UHRs, but assumed it was my imagination!
