IH-634SR - 21/23oz 5 Year Anniversary Straight Cut
-
Don't take this as advice, just personal observation, but a wash and machine dry of my 31 SR always shrinks to 30 and they quickly stretch back out to around 32.
Of course if difficulty buttoning means it won't reach, you might be out of luck. I remember jamming a needle nose pliers in the button hole on mine to make it easier to button.

jezun really great fit.
-
anyone have the measurement for size 36 after couple months of wear??
the waist, thigh, and leg opening.. -
Is it very tight at the thigh? I think it really might stretch out to fit u fine…
not tight at all.. just waist maybe haha

You must soak raw denim.
- to get rid of the starch
- to get the constructional stitching bedded into the denim
If you dont you will shorten the life of your jeans.
Cold or warn, does not matter, but you will get more shrinkage the hotter you soak/the faster you dry them.

- Giles begins to think that he should hot ket this post so it is easier to repost.

Soaked my second pair yesterday, 28W:
- Inside out, folded lengthwise, gently placed in the basin of the washing machine. Hot water. Bit of Woolite Dark. Lid closed. 7 hours.
- Drained. Soaked again in hot water to rinse out soap. Hand agitation (swirling water back and forth). 1 hour.
- Hung on a line outside, still inside-out. 5 hours. 60' F. 25% humidity.
- Put on while slightly damp, walked around, up and down stairs, squats, etc. Still wearing them…
It gets easier the more you do it apparently. I had all four buttons closed within an hour. Best jeans ever.

Adam313 & Giles, do we really need to soak the jeans overnight to get rid all the shrinkage in it?
as far as i know, ppl usually soak their jeans about 1-2 hour(s).. so is there a significant shrinkage between soaking this SR for 2 hours and overnight?
