I just landed my first job after graduating. I am a senior research associate for a waste-to-energy company. I essentailly serve as a consulting scientist, and I run/manage specific research and development projects at the company.
Kudos on the new job michael. Like Hectic, I am a big fantasy fan, so I would be glad to hear more about what you are editing, etc!

Congrat! It's a good week for new jobs.
It's early days for me yet, but when we get started I'll be bigging up the new books until you're all sick of me.

Giles, do you like Lee Child? I've got a proof of the recently released one I can send you for the plane. Or how about Mercy by Jussi Adler-Olsen?
If you fancy some SF, I'll send you a few things you might like.

I'll send you a mix of stuff.

DenimSailor - Sick! I love those pieces, I worked for a sculpteur in College ( I studied Writing and documented his work with words and images) his name is Dr. Evermor I think you'll dig his shit, google it or there is a section on my site - jesselirola.com …
UrbanWoodsman - I'm a professional photographer, and from time to time I outsource for POST work - what's your email? I 'll add you to the list if that's cool.
I'm a freelance photographer. I shoot music and fashion for the most part, however I end up shooting some events as well to make ends meet. My next gigs are probably Sundance --> Super Bowl --> FashionWeek NYC.
Check my work on the signatures.
Cheers,
Jesse
