Since I didn't have luck with the 25oz's… I have taken the plunge and ordered a pair of RAW's.  I am extremely excited to put on a fresh pair of these again.  My 634S's have been getting a lot of love lately and I realize again and again that it is my favorite cut of all time.  I'm sure there will be a myriad of oddball photos from me and my attempt to conquer these glorious jeans.

Has anyone actually tried sizing down 1 on these?  I know a lot of you ended up with something an inch smaller than expected after shrinkage, but how about actual sizing down?  I'm toying with the idea of getting a 30 from my usual 31.

Committed my first mistake with these yesterday…
Taking my bicycle in a light rain to go back home... after 10 minutes the jeans got wet and... very heavy and so stiff I could hardly move my legs and had the feeling my kneecap would not be allowed to move anymore and be torn away.
Next time it rains: Put some rain pant over the jeans
