Sugar Cane

Beats, your dad is adorable !
Me:
"iDon't" Windows shirt
Tanner belt W34 (my nephews have adopted my IH belt)
SC Okinawa W30
Dansko professional oiled clogs sz 37NI don't think Sugar Cane Okinawas are appreciated enough. They do have a sort of boxy, shapeless fit which takes some getting used to (they're an anti-Beatle Busters, anti-IH301S, and anti-666 model). But I love them !

Around month # 8 into my second spell(5 months solid) wearing my Okinawa's and there is going to be tears from me when i finally get round to rotating them.

^Have been interested in a pair of "slack" denim for a while (SC40601), but cannot seem to find much info on the cut and the sizing: so which other cut can I compare these with? Also: anyone out there wearing a size 33 or 34 care to post some measurements of their worn pair? Thanks.
I have a pair of 40601 in size 33 that I have about 4 months of wear on. They are super stretchy and become super anti fit quick. They are a carrot cut like samurai 0500 and Oni blue (I have a pair of each as well). Here are my measurments BiG style
Waist 35
Front rise 11.75
Back rise 16.5
Thigh 12.75
Knee 9.5
Leg opening 9.5They are super comfy and slouchy but are not the best fitting. The details from the donut buttons, flannel pockets and buffalo skin patch make them cool but I only really wear them around the house or as beaters. They are not very contrasty either as they are super soft.

Just gave my Okinawa's their second wash after 6 months of continuous wear and 8 in total and i loved wearing them, lovely slubbiness and super comfy. Next up 'cane wise will be my Union Stars.

^ most if not all are already shrunk down to their sizes, because toyo tends to do all canes one wash. Hit up Self Edge and they can sort you out directly.

I don't agree with this as I have gotten all of mine,1947. Hawaii, Okinawa, except for 40601 raw. I know that History Preservation in the states sells them raw. The one wash model names end with an A while the unwashed end with an N.
For instance:Sugar Cane
Hawaii Dungarees
Unwashed SC40401N
One Wash SC40401A -

One Wash SC40401AI'm with HT on this as my 'canes are sized 33 waist and i'm a 32. Expect the usual 0.5-1 inch stretch after a good few wears mind. Also HP is one of the few places that i have found that sell raw Sugarcanes.
