DC4 Berlin - premium Japanese denim

Beats, is that you? haven't seen you since peter was a boy, & to show up on a DHL post . . . weirdness.
I'm in the US (New York) & it took me about 2 weeks to get my orders from DC4 on all the occasions I have ordered through them. I'm spoiled by G&P & their s&h approach, however the DC4 folks are really great & will talk you through any issues. My favorite dude over there is Lenn as he is very responsive & takes care of business. Daniel is a good dude as well, but I really dealt with Lenn so that's that from me

DHL packages - crap
Yeah, gotta agree on DHL. I've only had a couple of experiences with them and they were both bad. First time resulted in my having to go 45 minutes out of my way to pick up a package at their distribution center, the second resulted in a nearly $40 extra charge- $12 in customs fees, $27 in DHL 'processing' fees. Bastards. Give me UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service any day.

don't know if they ever really did bagley920 as i doubt conus was ever their targeted audience.
i guess i have been fortunate with my dealings with DC4 & i will count my blessings. sh!t, truth be told i made out really well with them when ever i placed orders, sorry for you all

Hey Seul, I was wondering the same thing myself! Looks like Lando moved it to hereThanks for the info. I'm using their tracking at https://www.deutschepost.de but it's not very active
-
it's going to show up in 2 to 3 weeks. the tracking will still show it is awaiting customs clearance
just the nature of the beast

I'd just like to point out, in this public forum, that Rocket is awesome
Tell us something we don't know.

it's going to be delivered & worn for a week & it is still going to say awaiting customs clearance
at least that's what happens with me.
glad rock(it) was able to give you a bit of piece of mind on this issue

Now that's a proper advice, Jordan.
@ronaldlsh: Daniel contacted you about the issue, i believe everything's solved
