My package from DC4 seems to have faced some issues when shipping….

I live in Berlin! Of course I know this shop. Have to say that Daniel, Andi and the rest of the team are nice people. They are always friendly and helpfull! So my advice is if you are in Berlin you'll have to visit DC4!!!

Customs is always the reason why a package is being held up… And they're really, really good at it…

I've gotta say that Australia is actually pretty quick to process stuff on the way in. Rarely any dramas, and there's no import tax unless you're bringing in a shitload of stuff.

^ I second this… I wanted to try and get hold of the FHxDC4 collab tees. Messaged Daniel who replied the next day. Told me there were limited quantities available, but he'd check. Checked, asked my size and colour preference. Quoted me the price, sent me a link a day later. One week after ordering the tee arrived.

Not just the tee mind. But a business card, sticker from the party and the FH bandana!! All this and free shipping.

All in all I recommend DC4, their level of customer service is amazing :).
