IH-666Sod - Devil's Fit Overdyed - Super Slim Tapered
-
I don't have any decent retail stores where I live… oh, and there's nothing like dropping 400 on jeans without being absolutely sure that they'll fit, and if they don't fit all you can get is store credit, or sell it to some lucky chap for a loss...
If you buy from us and you get the size wrong or the item does not fit, we will exchange or refund no questions asked….We do that precisely because we know it is difficult to get sizing right first time around...
I know, but I didn't purchase these from you … and that's very unfortunate, since, it seems like I wouldn't have waited more than a few days for the restock ... I don't know of any other high-end denim retailer that does this though

Hey guys,
I'm considering buying a 666od. I already own a indigo 666 in sz 33', i gave it a super hot soak (almost boiling, 2 times), and it fit me perfectly.
So considering the overdying takes out all the shrinkage, I assume a sz 33' in 666od would fits the same ?
My only concern is about the waist size. My indigo was 33,5' when new and stretch out to my true waist size which is 35'.
Will the OD, which is 31.6 in the waist at sz 33 stretch out so much ? Any experience here about the size correspondance between indigo and OD ?
Thanks for you help.

I have them… and I'm a bit concerned. The waist is a bit smaller then anticipated, more like 30 - 31 than 33 as expected. The thigh is 11.5" so I'm confident that will stretch to 12 as needed but I'm nowhere near getting the top button to meet the button hole. I'm going to wear them around unbottoned this afternoon to see where we're at. There may be an exchange in my very near future. Someone tell me it's going to be ok!

I'm at work now, I almost broke my hip trying to get them on in the bathroom stall. I'll get some pictures when I get home in a few hours. Seriously though, the top button is about 3 inches away from the hole, it isn't pretty. You may want to adjust the child safety settings on your computer if you plan on checking out these pics…

The pockets are too small for my hands!!!
if you want to feel comfortable -> exchange and go one up i´d say!
That's been the dilemma all along… on up is 2 up from a 34 to a 36 and I'm worried that will be too much. I think I'll tough it out. I'm no quitter! I am a quitter but that's neither here nor there.

^ you sound like you are in the same situation as me when i first got my 666S in 33" and yes i also had problems buttoning up and putting my hands into the pockets initially.
give it a few wears and you'll feel perfect in it. now i'm loving the fit and have no regrets. they stretch pretty quick so in about 10 wears you'll feel perfect.

All buttons buttoned!!!!!! I'm even sitting down!!!!!
haha wait till you gotta bend down and tie your shoes. i had problems doing that initially but today i tried and it was good and easy.

I like how the time between posts was only 7 minutes and you were saying you needed to send them back and now they have stretched and are all buttoned up. Gave me a good chuckel man!

Thanks Volcano but I'm going to hold off on the soak. I think constant wear, including a plane trip on Sunday, will put them where they need to be by next weekend.
Giles you magnificent bastard! I'll never doubt you again.
I'll get the Mrs to take some photos when she gets home.
