Touché.
really??? just registered here to do some deal. now im a bot?
I think you misunderstood. I was saying that you obviously are NOT a spam bot if you are responding to his post. As for your deal with each other, that is between the two of you.
Thanks :D. its hard to gain other members trust though

well about the portland malaysia thingy, first of all im using some freight forwarder service that can send back any item i buy in USA back to Malaysia. later i found out that seller can ship outside US. so insted of sending to portland frst i asked him to quote me price straight to Malaysia
Understandable. I have dealt with members on this forum who use the same type of service.
Thanks :D. its hard to gain other members trust though
Not really, but understand that you had no prior posts when you reached out to bagley. I am sure you both will clear it up, but I do not believe you are a "Villain". However, you need to prove yourself which I am sure you will do. Cheers

It seems this issue can be solve amicably so get it sorted soon. Don't fill this forum with conflicts and hate. And since redcris is willing to stand up and sort the shit out, it shouldn't be a problem would it? Peace and enjoy IH in good health.

SimonQ and RedChris. Use PM. This is not a public matter. If simon feels he has been wronged he can voice his displeasure in the villains thread after trying to settle it via PM. However, openly discussing it or slamming someone in your sale thread is childish. ANymore posts like the previous ones will automatically be deleted.
Also, if this transaction/ issue doe not involve you just stay out of it.

"If a member publically criticises a Mod decision or tries to undermine a Moderators authority, they’re likely to be banned immediately."

and to make this very clear there will be NO discussion about this, if you don't agree, you are open to go a different way..

I'm going to briefly open this door and then shut it behind me regarding Moderator vs Dictator
There is more than one moderator on this forum, yet we all talk to each other routinely. Rarely is a decision made solo
If someone has a problem with how a moderator has dealt with a thread, you have a problem with all of us
As for Lando, he really takes the brunt of the shit slinging around here, he spends more time on this forum interacting and moderating these forums than the majority of the IH Forum staff. It's not fair, and I respect the hell out of him for never giving up

I'm going to comment here and post in random announcements too.
We have guidelines for a reason. They are there so that we can try and keep this place a civilised and pleasant place to be.
Do we like banning members? On the whole, no. Personally I hate it when we have to do it. But if we do not follow our own guidelines we will allow this place to become a complete mess.
I had an issue recently with a member who accused me of being really lame when I said that if we did not impose some guidelines and follow through with them, this place would descend into anarchy. He said that on the whole this was a benign place and that there really was no requirement for moderating as on the whole the members were a "nice bunch".
Whilst some of that is true, one of the principal reasons this is a nice place to be and that the member are a "nice bunch" is that the mod team work hard to make it that way. Personally I scrutinise every single member that applies to join and if I think that they are not a genuine person, I do not allow them to join, currently I deny about 10 applications a day. If I did not do that we would have anarchy.
I am passionate about this place not being over moderated and will work hard to ensure that it stays that way, but please believe me when I tell you that there is a mass of stuff that goes on in the background that you do not, and should not see. The moderator team work hard and sometimes have to make difficult decisions, but as Doug has already said, no decision is made lightly, nor is it made unilaterally, we discuss this stuff at length to get a consensus before we do anything.
