They already have a few pairs in at SE NYC. Andrew twisted my arm in to trying a pair on last week; they seem like yet another 47 Levis repo to me. That said fine details and unbelieeeevably stiff denim of about 14oz, these things are like cardboard! As they are unsanforized, I guess some of the starch (if that is what makes them so stiff?) will come out on that initial soaking?
-
Awesome, good to know Simon. Thanks for that initial report. Hope to see them in person some time soon at SESF. And yeah, most likely it is a starched up motherlover.

Just copped the D62XX from SESF. I went in to grab those stickers for everyone and ended up asking Kiya about his recent purchase of TSL's. He pulled them out as they had just returned from a hem. I began to look at them closely and decided to try on a W32… I was SOLD instantly!!! This is all your fault IH Forum!!! ::) JK. Anyways, I am very excited to get these soaked in the next few hours so maybe they can dry before the sun goes down???
Kiya told me that these shrank an incredible amount... In the Rise?!?! that's okay as they have some spare room, but crazy huh? Anyways, many photos to come just for you DEP! -
That's what we were talking about. Don't worry I will document shrinkage with IH style measurements pre and post soak.
-
Nice pickup Lando! Is it me or the IH forum is kicking ass these days with
the updates, etc. Thanks and hell yeah, IH Forum is "On FIYYYYYAAAAAAAAAA!!!"
-
Kiya is a Ninja in his spare time practicing his craft while working at SE. If you blink you may miss him.
-
@shubharamani:
What craft does Kiya practice ?
The Craft of being a Ninja 8)…
-
Oh shit! TSL's in the building! Hahaha. Damn! That's fuckin dope Lando! I guess this is what you meant by bigger things! Hahaha. I can't wait to see the pics! How much did they run? Was there anything else from TSL for sale at SE?
-
DEP, Yes it certainly is. Got sucked in as per usual at SESF. The D62XX were $320 before taxes. As far as other TSL items in store… nothing YET.

HOLY SHIT! Those look great man! I was wondering what they would do with the patch and arcs, they didn't disappoint. Half arcs and they removed the pair of jeans from between the trains on the patch. Overall I really like the look of them lando! Can't wait for the post soak fit pics!
