Already PM'd you but I own a 42 and wear Large in IH tops mostly. Guess I don't agree with the others. I would say a 40 would work for you and if not a 38 at the smallest.

the 20 is just peaking out of the jacket a little bit, so no big problem imo! 5'11" ~200lbs.

i think i´d go with a 42 in the end!…

Mine is. However, there is a thick wool lining with the same windstopper material in between the outer fabric and the lining. Pretty sure they are the same exact thickness. I will measure mine for grandmasterben later today.

I have the 'first' gen deck jacket as well, it's less fury but I remember the thickness almost the same.
I'm 48" chest wearing size 44, I'll find photos of me wearing one. Only wear oxford shirt or flannel underneath, no room for more.

Here's a picture of me two years ago with my 40 Deck Jacket.  The length is perfect for me due to my height (5'9").  Just use your best judgment from all the info these guys have supplied and I'm sure you'll figure it out

P.S. this jacket is absolutely amazing.

the MF deck jacket is just awesome!…i really need to have one some day. actually i'm looking for one as well (40 or 42) and even would trade my IronHeart deck jacket (XL) for one I really love the speed hooks on it and the crunchy sound

just had the chance to try on the Wool Blanket Drover Blouse and both versions of the Faro waistcoats from the new collection. I can tell you, those who love MF will fall in love even more, the stuff is outstanding and all these details and materials just to dream of….;)

I do not know what to say myself, one of the holy grails for me  The blouse is incredibly warm and soft 

I wear size 36 and it is quite snug around chest but I expect a little bit of stretch. Each piece is unique and different.

Faro waistcoat HBT in size 36 unwashed. After a soak it will nicely shape to the body but I will wait with that and just wear it 

will show more pix including all of the nice details of both, the blouse and the waistcoat, at a later stage.
