Hi chiba no prob. They are great arent they yes b5 is wider and lighter but they should shrink in width as well after a wash. I have read about the one washed b2s and I think the fit looks pretty good on that page you provided.
Most important is you feeling good and comfortable in em. Waist will stretch for sure.
If you are sure about them go and grab them as they are pretty exklusive and probably one of the last chances to get a fresh pair. Have Fun and post some pics when you get them.
Other possibility would be to order directly from MF, have you contacted them if there are some raws still available? I believe they go fast.

They are great. I was actually thinking of going for a lil wider leg pre-war cut for my next denim. Thought the Buckaroos would fit that bill. Was surprised to discover they were trimmer. I actually find them to be similar to a 50s-70s Lee cut, no?
Anyway, think I'll postpone the wider leg, and go for these. They're that good. May try to hit a shop with a 34 though, for the sake of comparison. I'm not really into ordering from outside Japan. I like to buy things on site, if I can.
Will post pics if or when I get em. Thanks again!

Dear chiba. Cool. I am not an expert in cuts and my knowledge in that regard is low. i just wear what i like
The bucks are christophe's interpretation of cowboy pants from the older days, Check out his description and photos on the website.
I understand re ordering but can tell you that MF Customer Service is really great. I have only good experience with John when get me into the right sizes as well as answering all my questions during ordering process he is a Gentleman.
Nice to read that you like the size 33, get them now and a wider pair later
Looking forward to your fit. -
Thanks Davito! I just found a shop with the Buckaroos in the unwashed denim, think its B2. Anyway, it's close by, so I'll check them out too.

Davito, thanks for all the help man. Just picked up the buckaroos in one wash. Was happy with the fit on the 33, and they were in stock at my favorite local shop (Mushmans), so I went with them over the raw.
Really like em. Especially the pockets. Never had such useable and comfy pockets on a pair of jeans! Fit pics to follow….

Looking for a Size Small (92) MF Veste Ouvrier (Workman's Jacket) - Solid Indigo. If you have one you would like to sell, please email me at AndrewSpruill@gmail.com

davito, what do you think of the ranch hand shirt? how's the weight?
-
Ben i love the green flanell it is a special shirt not comparable with IH though re weight and style/heritage of course. A lot of details. I have not soaked it yet but based on the size chart it might shrink quite some millimeters. But thats not a prob I think. Its MFs first Flanell and they did it great. Check out mf page for more descriptions of the materials and more pix. Like with almost all pieces of him you love it or hate it. I do wear the shirt tucked as it is meant to be and it is rather long. I love mine its great and different, i love to wear it with the buckaroos, Cowboy style.
Let me know if you need more info.
Edit 8oz per MF website
Imho the shirt feels even lighter when worn -
Thanks David! I think the green one is going on my Christmas list. Really love the color and buttons! Also it being lighter is probably good because I'm in California it's a really beautiful shirt!
-
I picked up the ranch hand in green over the weekend. It's a great shirt (thanks to Davito for filling me in on it). As Christophe notes in his description, it's a different feel than the more ubiquitous Big Mac style. Definitely meant to be worn tucked in.
It'll look good under the tree. The red and green are Christmasy up close (more turquoise / pink at a distance, as in Davito's photos).

Congratulations! Post up a pic if you have time
