The length looks fine to me, as for the waist, only you can tell. But it is fair to say they will stretch slightly with wear..

the length and the overall fit in the legs looks pretty fine to me…if it´s just the top button you can´t get done...wear´em for a few hours and you´ll see, they´ll stretch!

21oz stretches a lot. If you can barely button the top, it's a perfect fit.

Thank for fixing the pics, the denim feels lovely, velvety smooth. If i ease up on the pizza and given the way folks say they will stretch i should be ok, cheers
