Is there a reason this shirt didn't come with a tag, though?.. Or is it because of the specs of the pockets (open vs. flap)?..

guess so, by using the pen pocket the tag would get damaged pretty quick…

I'd need to check mine, which is at home.  But I seem to remember we were experimenting with chain-stitching (using a twin needle chain-stitcher) the top of the pocket and introducing the tag into the equation was a step to far…...
