@tempa:
Hey guys…serious question...
Is the Sebenza 21 worth it? I'm thinking about getting a small...but is it WORTH IT? Please help!
If I do buy it, it'll be the last knife I'll probably ever purchase...
IMO Chris Reeve makes the best production knives made. So in one word YES! It's an amazing knife!

Fresh from the spa Seul?

Oh it has been back since Feb 26… Just wanted to try and take one of them fancy pics...
In other news: the handle on the Ti-Lock is the exact same length as the small Sebenza (perfect for my hands), but has "more" knife... It seriously sounds like it was just made for me, as the only thing that (only very) slightly bothered me with the Seb, was the blade length being a tad short…

This is my decorated Seb that my wife gave me before I proposed to her. It's one of the only knives that I own that I'm afraid of carrying because of its sentimental value. I keep telling myself that my next knife will be another Seb (maybe Insingo?), but I always find another custom I want…or more jeans...or another watch...etc.**Forgot to mention. If this Seb looks oddly ground, it's because it is. I had CRK thin the edge down about 9 years ago. It's a slicing machine!

Congratulations!

For your next CRK purchase you may want to look into a Mnandi or Umnumzaan the Ti-Lock is virtually the same size has sm sebbie.

Handle, yes; blade: no.
Also, and maybe I should wait til I have the Ti-Lock in my hands, but aren't they entirely different beasts, disregarding the size?..
Yes different animal for deploy and retract. However, blade and handle are basically the same size. Ti-lock is my favorite and I have all the folding models. I'm just saying if I was buying another CRK I would want to mix it up a bit. Sebbie is a working knife the ti-lock is more of a gentlemen's carrier. I would just want a different size. If I only had two.

I as well am contemplating the purchase of a sebenza small…. Never carried a knife but as I've grown older I find myself noticing more and more how handy it would be to have one. Not a day goes by I don't have to use my car keys or something similar in substitute of the knife I don't have.
