Anyone finds this a bit more tapered than a "regular" western.  I one sized up, there is only a small bit of room in the waist area?  Worst, I could be gaining weight…

Waist is fine for me. I went with XL (same size as my TWSH-03) and it's alright. My waist is around 36" these days.
