Kapital

Kapital stuff is remarkable really, although a bit too left of centre for me. First shop I seen selling it was Mr Mudd and Mr Gold, although Anthem and Garbstore do it now in the UK. Roden Grey and Hickorees in N.America. Roden Grey had lots of Kapital stuff on sale with great discounts a couple days ago. Lots of sizes too if anybody is interested.

If you guys want anything Kapital, even the most obscure item from the current season, hit up Jonathan Lucacek on his blog, The Bandana Almanac. He's a great guy to work with and super trustworthy. I just ordered a Tezomeya organic loopwheeled tee from him. Tezomeya is the shit, they only use natural dyes. I got the Old Bamboo/ODG color.

once you got that tee, would be great to see some pics / review stuff Mike…

Recently ordered a few of these myself. Can't wait for them to ready…
and to echo Mike, Jonathan is a great guy to work with and super helpful.

Kapital is one of those brands I wish more people knew about. I have one of the chore coats and its like a second skin. Ive actually don't chores in it lol. Havent had a chance to pick up a pair of their jeans yet but I will soon. Great hefty denim with superb feel.

I am addicted to anything Kapital right now. I feel like Kapital is similar to RRL except with a Japanese flare. They are heavily driven by things like say the American frontier . I love that they use old techniques when sewing items together .Like when they make a shirt that has been repaired the way a farmer might patch a jacket to extend its life. I can go on for days about Kapital but Unfortunately i am yet to own anything. Either way one of my favorites along side RRL

I live walking distance from RRL, I wear the jeans I got from them all the time. There's a guy who carries
the Kapital line in Venice, CA., opened about 2-3 months ago. He told me he was going to carry the whole
line so I'm pretty stoked by that, might finally get a pair of their boots I've been wanting for years.
Only issue I have with RRL is that their prices are sky high for stuff that's made in China, great designs
though.
