IH-X526J - Black Cotton Duck Type III Jacket
-
Thanks! I love long arms - pretty confident this will be a perfect fit and allow some layering as well.
-
For what it's worth - I'm a XXXL in this while I'm usually an XXL in shirts. Even have an XL in the IHM-03.
If you are into layering at all sizing up from your normal works pretty well. I can wear a heavy flannel or a hoodie underneath and the fit is spot on.
-
Arms a bit long though!
Fold the cuffs back, it is pretty standard thing to do on a Type III

Yes, I tried XXL. But would have chosen XL if there was one left.
-
Exactly.

thanks G! this actually looks perfect sized up on you.

Looks great!

Whoa, great fit you got there. HopeI get mine today.

Just received my Typ III. Thanks to G & P for even including one of the Dog Tags, I love it.
The jacket is flawless, a tad lighter than I would have expected (which is good).
The fit: Could be a tad snugger in the shoulder area, but I need the chest space and it allows some layering.
The body length feels just right, I wouldn't like it any shorter. The sleeves are long (already expected that), but I think with some combs it's alright. What do you think - keep it?

i got mine today too. XXL as well and i think it fits great, really glad there weren't XL's left because i think it would have been too small. max's thoughts are pretty much mine as well. i was surprised it's as light as it is….that isn't a bad thing at all. shoulders are a tad wide but once this thing breaks in and softens some i think it won't be quite as noticeable. overall this seems like a great utilitarian jacket. excited to beat it up!
i'm jealous of the dog tag though!!
