Luggage Bags and Packs

Just got the new Goruck Shadow 25 ruck in coyote. Really liking it so far.
-
Little bit of padding on the bottom panel. No padding on the backside. From what I can tell it's very similar to the Slick Rucks. Just no zippered laptop compartment, no framesheet, no internal Molle, and no elastic internal pocket(there's a simple internal pocket though).

Anyone in Australia looking at purchasing anything from Goruck in the near future so we could combine an order? I'd love a GR1, and maybe a hat, but $62 shipping is a bit steep; if it's over $500 purchase it's free though but I'm not sure I can justify an extra $205 worth of extras to qualify for free shipping! Next question is whether to go with GR1 or SK26…

After months of looking, I think I'm settling on Tom Bihn's Brain Bag as my day pack for the next trip.
http://www.tombihn.com/backpacks/TB0104.html+divided areas during a day out
+can hold camera & laptop and more on the flight over without missing a beat
+space for a water bottle on the outside (do not like water near electrical stuff) -
Giving up on the MF? Or is it the need for more organization?
-
The MF.haversack is good for local activities, for sure, take it nearly everywhere. I'm heading OS in April for 3 weeks, and need something larger than the haversack, that I can wear around for ~8hrs a day hiking to various things quite fully loaded. The haversack's just not made for that purpose. It'll likely be with me however, and my compliment the BrainBag for quick access..

Anyone have experience with one of these Brown RC sling bags?

Headed to Nashville for the weekend with my Filson and J Peterman Gladstone. The Peterman is made by Mulholland and is seriously nice. The prize was not….

^nice
I just bought this Superior Labor engineer shoulder bag. I'm working on an initial review write-up now and I will start an TSL thread in the 'Other Brands and Shops' forums soon.

Veloaudio I dig your pocketbook.

Cutlasshound, quality is excellent. I'll report more after some use but I think the bag will break-in and age nicely. I just posted my initial thoughts in the TSL thread I started.

I saw impressive review

Thanks. Sorry I didn't use your pocketbook suggestion though
