Viberg's don't come with insoles generally. I think the consensus is they don't need a pair either, but like always, your mileage may vary.

These boots should last forever with good care. Re-heel as required. Could be yearly or 5+ years, depending on how you wear them down. I don't think anyone in this thread has worn them down yet..

I got the SOLE Softec Ultras. Read many good reviews on them, especially from military personnel who uses them for combat/tactical boots. Should fit right up this alley.

(Also be interested in pics of the W & Anchor work shoes with wear, though I know this is the Viberg thread.)

So I noticed the Cat's Paw heel, it's like a separate rubber piece. I've never had boots with one of those before, and I have just slightly bowled legs which causes the outside of my heel to wear faster. Can I just take these to a coddler and have them replace the rubber part? Where can I order new ones?

Any cobbler will be able to sort out a new rubber heel, which they will have in stock and you should be able to choose from. I am not sure if a coddler will be able to do the job…
