Bitch Please… FAKE Iron Heart?
-
I've been advised to stay out of the mydenim group on Facebook as the gangster fakers have it in for me :o
Objective well on the way to being achieved then. What do you reckon having it in for you would manifest itself as?
-
So is there a price on your head? How many ringgit would I get for bringing you in?
Hypothetically speaking, of course…
-
To be fair I'm not really sure what they could achieve, maybe some kind of cyber vandalism perhaps? But yeh, apparently a could of the pirates in particular are not pleased with me and have made this well known within the Malaysian denim community, a couple of people have told me this now.
No fucks given

OK. We got an answer back from:
Raja Norhayati Bt. Raja Ibrahim
Enforcement Officer
Special Task Force 2,
Enforcement Division, PutrajayaHere it is:
_Dear Sir,
Thanks for reply the email and I’m very sorry because take some time to give feedback to you.
Respectfully informed that in Malaysia the legal action for infringement is taken under the Trade Description Act 2011. However to take the action, your trademark must be registered under the Trade Mark Act 1976. Registration certificate issued by Registrar Office is a prima facie evidence of trade mark ownership. With the evidence, as the trademark owner you can either take civil action or lodge complaints to Enforcement Division for appropriate actions under the Trade Description Act 2011. The conclusion is your trademark must be registered in Malaysia accordingly.
For further information regards to the registration of your trademark, you can refer to Intellectual Property Office of Malaysia through website http://www.myipo.gov.my.
Hope the information given will assist you in this matter.
Thank you._
My view is that this would not help a lot. Any Malaysians who can proffer some advice?
