That's precisely why I steer clear of letting Fran be privy to my dabbling in the IH forum!

Sudo looks a happy man
Those will be no good for his next game of football with Tommy though

I'm planning on placing an order for a pair of faux Flightmasters soon, but somehow I'm still a little confused about the heel on the Narrows last. I'm thinking about getting it lowered, and I was told that MP = 1 lift, Narrows = 3 lifts, Packer = 4 lifts, so a lowered Narrows should be 2 lifts, but I don't think I've seen an image of a boot like that.
The IH brown Roughout Packers are on the Narrows last, and say they are "One lift lower than normal packer," which would indicate they're the standard Narrows height, right?
Does anyone have an image of a lowered Narrows boot, or a MP boot that's raised up 1 lift (preferably with 269 sole)? Those ought to be the same heel height if I have my facts straight. I did see this lifted MP engineer, but with double midsole and vibram half sole, and the half sole basically cancels out the lifted heel:

Old and new. Roger & Fredy from VMC liked my 2 tone Wesco's so much, they ordered a load for VMC. The only difference being that mine were made with a burgundy leather that Wesco no longer use, so we made them out of Domain instead…..

Saw and tried these today as well, supernice boots, the domain compliments very well with the tan. Fit was spot on too. Really impressed
