Ha all is good 4C, you witty bastard. Ghost pepper is very intriguing. I have a pretty nice hot sauce collection. Let me know how it is.

^ Since you asked…
This was my first time using pepper jelly so I just assumed that I should use it the same as I would a fruit jelly. I am not sure how many of the world’s hottest peppers I just ate, but it was good… The sweetness of the jelly really brought out the floral flavor of the Trinidad scorpions which gave it a lovely fruity flavor. As for the Ghost, I always like the heat of the ghost, but never cared too much for the flavor which never quite measured up to the scorpion, but paired with the much hotter/more fragrant scorpion pepper it was perfect. Overall I would say it was the best PB&J I’ve ever had. -

Very disappointing, but seems the way of the world. Call it the "Amazon-ing" (or Asda-ing) of the planet.
If I were a bookseller, butcher, fishmonger, or baker, I would be learning new skills, yesterday.
@Seul with good bread you must get something real between your teeth
Today you can get in UK excellent food and also some bakers and butchers from (East)Germany went to Britain to open their shops thereNo idea where they are then, because real Butchers and Bakers are like rocking horse shit in Britain these days…...In my town (and for miles around) every real butcher and baker has closed and the poor sods who used to work in them, now find gainful employment in the "butchery" and "bakery" sections on the local large supermarkets...
