WAYWT - Shoes/Boots Edition!
-
I think so, only had them on for about an hour. They generally just feel "better" than Cons.
-
I picked them up on eBay for £20 mate, they are much more comfortable than CT's for my high arched feet.
-
PF Flyers, like Chuck Taylor's but comfortable and better.
Finished your sentence for you Gav! Have you got the ebay link for those, I'm a bit lazy.
-
The seller I got them from has sold out @Maynard Friedman , this guy has all sizes but they're a tenner more.
-
Thanks Gav, those work about a bit expensive with postage but I've seen others for less. I already have way too many pairs of them but there's always room for another colour!

i decided to treat my IHVB-03CT boots with dubbin after doing some research on youtube and via forums. the advice is provided by military, x-military and military enthusiast guys treating their rough out boots in the way it was done in preparation for the water and gas filled environments of the conflicts in the first half of the twentieth century.

Tricker's
-
love the northampton massive "trickers" which look great with the denim turned up
-
Thanks, @den1mhead !
I don't know about the heavy contrast though. I wonder if I should treat the natural welt with some product to speed up the darkening process a bit… -
hey @mental floss; each to their own but i love the contrast. I have owned trickers in the past with commando soles and dark leather uppers so no contrast and then i've owned the same boot but on leather soles with natural colour welt and they "pop". i guess its about personal preference and how you feel in boots that "shout" more than others. i go down the "shouty" road rather than the understated road if i have a choice.
