Got to try on the heavyweight tees, feel pretty great, the store only had L to try on, I think I'm gonna order like 5 packs of mediums (I like my tees very tight)

Very cool @Anesthetist , Andrew was always a real nice dude when I ran into him at SENY

@Akuma no uta careful with the washing. The T's shrink a good amount and get quite boxy post wash.
-
^True story. I think that Large would work out unless you want a spray-on fit (which has it's place but might not be all that comfortable).
-
@BloodnThunder @Sugar Mountain
What experience you´ve made with the shrinking on these? Their homepage says, the heavyweight tees will shrink about 0.5" in all dimensions with a hot wash & dry.
-
I washed my L a lot of times at 40 degrees (not dryer) and didn't notice any shrinkage?! They're nice cut tees and I really like the collar - but I prefer the feel of IH.

Would be happy, if you could take the actual P2P-measurement to compare Usually i´m a L (56cm P2P) in IH-tees.

I've had little to no shrinkage on my 3sixteen T's as well. Washed every time they are worn (gets hot n sweaty in Oz). The newish version of indigo are the only ones I'd be worried about. They come up way smaller than the other colours.
-
I wear all my stuff more trim and fitted than most users on here, I prefer starting off too small and stretching to a proper snug fit, the L was way too long and big in the body
-
It's interesting because I didn't notice much shrinkage in the chest or sleeves, but the length of the T seemed to come up a solid inch on me. I'm just a bit over 6 feet and weigh roughly 150-155 pounds, I bought size small in the T's. After washing the T felt much more boxy, retained it's width but was now hitting an inch or so higher in the mid-section. Personally I wouldn't worry as much about the shirt being too tight after washing as I would it coming up shorter than preferred.

Absolutely correct. I lost a good inch in length but other measurements haven't changed much. Now they are short and boxy which is fine and looks good with my denim jackets.

What size IH shirts do you wear mate? I'm 5'10, 42-44 inch chest in shirts and was gonna go with an L. How tall are you? Thanks!
-
@bertoni 6 foot 220 pounds and also go with L shirts and 33/34 waist jeans
-
I just picked up their heavyweight hoody from SESF and it is magnificent!
For the price and quality. For the quality and price. I have zero complaints of this garment as a whole and I would happily shake Johan and Andrews respective hands.

I have 8 of these T's, they all vary particularly the blue ones, not just in colour but in measurements.
I have two blue ones that have done the short and boxy thing, as you described and the rest haven't at all. I noticed minimal shrink other than that.
The grey ones, I've washed on 40 degree and tumble dried and not noticed any shrink at all.
They are pretty much my favourite T, definitely from a bang for your buck viewpoint. TFH are slightly better quality imo but considerably more expensive.
You can't go wrong really.
