Torn between the blue & khaki

I think if you got some decent faded jeans then the blue will work great.

Having seen the blue in previous iterations, I can confidently say that I wish I had bought it (as well as the black). Seriously understated beauty.

The blue of the IHM-04 was the best colourway IMO. The black Alpaca was great, but the contrast between the light one and blue will be great. IMO it doesn't work that good on Khaki and black as it does on blue.

Got the black & it has developed subtly. Now leaning towards the blue just because of the "patina potential".

Just scooped the navy in XS. I was going to give it a few days but got nervous when the only other XS (black) went like a flash! Here's hoping the sizing works, I've got a good feeling it will though.
I've been lusting after one of these the past couple of years and don't think I'm going to regret it.

How much is the fitment of these impacted by the lining thickness (or lack thereof)? Are the external measurements to be respected, or should I be focusing on tagged size more so than the tale of the tape?
(For reference, I have a 45"ish chest, trying to gauge whether I'm better suited for the large or the XL, which I noticed gained a 0.5" from last year).

Pure lust here too footandmaff. I can't justify or afford (well more the second one cos I can handle the first) but this is singularly my most desired jacket.
Make sure you post plenty of pics so I can live vicariously through you…
