Awesome. I am thrilled that you found my picture worthy of first place. There were so many beautiful pictures. I am on vacation atm and do not have any Internet on daily basis. . This made my day.

Been a while since someone posted in this thread.
Grab your cameras and take some macro photos. It is raining today and there is not much natural light to work with.
But I had fun none the less.By the way. I have found pictures from this thread on instagram without the persons giving credit to the owner. That makes me a bit sad. But I guess that it is hard to monitor pictures once they are out there

curiously @nizzel55 what do you use to shoot the macro shots?
-
Thanks @den213 and @Finkster
@louisbosco I am using an old Canon EOS 50D & Canon EF 100/2,8 USM Macro 1:1
I would like a tripod and a ring flash (is it called that?). I got really shaky hands so I have to have the ISO really high to be able to get something that is not out of focus. -
Hello Nizzel, very impressive work!
The last pic (of the leather patch) would work very nicely as a macro riddle, "what is this?" I wonder what answers non- denimheads would come up with. -
thanks! i'll keep that lens in mind

This thread needs more content. Detail shots of all the gear is fantastic.

thanks for the images as always @nizzel55
