IHSH-101-TG - Turquoise/Grey Ultra Heavy Cotton Flannel Western Shirt

You are most welcome @cadence. Enjoy it!
Matt (AKA Winchy).
-
Very slippery slope indeed.
-
Nice combo @cadence ! Love the Suede Levi with the teal.
I notice with all the flannels the sleeves run about 1/2" to 3/4" shorter than I would like. I love 26.5" sleeves, but thats my body. My 64 and 92 are PERFECT in sleeve length and fit.
I need an UHF from IH….no luck for me haha.

Not all flannels. I think the 107 is the fit you are looking for in a flannel. I swear if every IH flannel sewed up like the 107 I would own damn near every one of them.

Don't remind me of that beauty! I had a black in Large and it was a little too snug and sold it I REALLY loved that fabric….they should push another 107 with different colors. Coming to think about it...I probably would have fit in the 107 now, lost like 25 lbs...
But I just ordered myself a 14.5oz dyed flannel from UES with beautiful colors, so I am excited! I have the 129 but that is only 10oz

@Max Power Are you saying that you like the look more once you washed it twice or that the new version is less bright than the recalled version?
-
Yes, exactly. But I also think the new version is a little bit brighter than the first one, but maybe it's just that I'm used to the solid black in buffalo checks.
-
I see SE has just gotten these. I know they could be a bit off with measurement, but they are small across the board. The chest in XL is 2.4" inches smaller than your measurement of 46.4". Sleeve length is just 1/2" smaller and the length of the garment is 2" shorter as well.
IH=XL(46.4" chest) for me…
SE=XXL(46") even an XXXL(47") with a hot soak to shrink for me... -
Yeah, I was thrown off by that… often there are descrepencies, but that seems harsh. Are these really that much smaller?
-
I hope not. Xxl coming to my door Monday. I'm trusting the IHUK website for the standard on numbers. My ideal shoulder measurements are 19.5 and I've ordered from self edge shirts and jackets measured as small as 18.25 that fit great(confirming #'s with IHUK first). I don't think IH is making differently sized versions of the same item for different people. At least not on purpose. But I know very little. So I abandon any responsibility or authority on the matter.
