I imagine it's the truth. The CPO has always garnered a lot of hype. I imagine more than one will end up on ebay at 600$+

You are right…. But just a little short on your price guess. one is already listed on eBay with a buy it now of $1,000. I'll be interested to see what it gets up to on bids. I know someone who just picked up a large yesterday and from the sounds of it there may not be any left as I type this message. All this chaos makes me wonder what the originals will go for once the dust settles.

Wow. I stand corrected. Glad I was able to make a size exchange in time.
-
Be careful wearing it, the indigo will bleed.
Good luck with lighter coloured sofas and/or car seats. -
I wont be soaking mine. I love that cardboard feeling.
-
I've had 2 versions of MFSC Indigo/Indigo and I can attest to the fact that it bleeds 1. Like Crazy and 2. FOREVER haha

You're a madman, I was trying it on before the soak and thought that it'd be really difficult to wear without a soak.
And my midnight Appaloosa still bleeds after a handful of washes, I imagine this CPO will be the same. -
You may be right @Broark. I looked like Frankenstein walking around the house with it on. I'll see how it goes. May change my mind.
-
My Rogue Territory ISC shirt is still stiff after 20+ wears. I'm excited to compare the two.

Yep pretty sure that CPO will bleed as much or more than the midnight appaloosa. Which is a lot!

I re-read the description of the Indigo/Indigo Canvas they used for the new CPO and the Naval Trousers. Sounds incredibly interesting and probably explains the crisp nature of the fabric. So essentially, it's Indigo Indigo Duck? Also, @Broark - does your XXL fit baggier or slimmer than your XXL Iron Heart Shirts?
I figured I would be ticked off if I didn't grab one of these, so I put my name on the list for shipment #2 to MF HQ.. Cristian said an XL since I was between the two sizes.. just wondering how much they actually shrink, since MF is extremely gentle with washing, and Im not so much haha
-
@apptaff if it helps, the XL was 23" P2P. It was a little tight in the chest for me at that. If i wanted to soak it it would be waaaay too tight so exchanged for XXL.
-
@deanclean - thanks so much for the info - I was worried because the site stated 24" P2P on the XL, but I thought that didn't sound right based on the original pattern and sizing from 08 and 09. 23" pre-soak sounds just about right. Thanks again, it helps alot!
-
@Appfaff I'd say it's somewhat similar to the XXL's I have from IH, but the cut fits more like westerns than workshirts.
Slimmer through the chest and midsection. I haven't measured the shirt yet (and I didn't take pre-soak measurements) but even with a cold soak and hand agitation I noticed a good bit of shrinkage. The fit feels a lot better after shrinkage, raw it felt huge in the shoulders/arms but the soak helped.
I'll take some detailed measurements tomorrow once the shirt is fully dry. This shirt reminds me of when I bought the first 633's from SE with the 20 oz LHT denim, so incredibly stiff after a soak! -
Thanks @Broark - hope you enjoy wearing it!

Out with the old, in with the new.

That picture is perfection ^
