IHJ-49 - Split Steer Modified Type III Jacket - Black or Brown
-
not sure if IH does anything differently, but it's essentially a way of creating thinner suede materials…
per google:
In very thick hides, the middle split can be separated into multiple layers until the thickness prevents further splitting. Split leather then has an artificial layer applied to the surface of the split and is embossed with a leather grain (bycast leather). Splits are also used to create suede.thanks man.

The jacket looks great, unfortunately the P2P measurement comes up to short

It's a true stunner I have to say..! No pic can do it justice IMO - it has to been seen, felt and smelled in the flesh (yup, even smells wonderful)
I was relieved the chest wasn't too tight on the M but the waist is a bit on the wide side..need to try it on with more under-layers combinations…I'm dying to go back home and have it on my back again! -
Yea I'm not super into the type III style jackets, but this one is amazing. Maybe someday I can swing 4 figures on it…
